die monitoring, while still maintaining overload limits for the metal stamping press.
Manually set or Adaptive Learning, IMCO Piezoelectric Tonnage Load Monitors provide many
standard and optional features, to benefit the diversity, in metal stamping production
worldwide.
IMCO'S patented Piezoelectric "Crystal" Transducers are of rugged construction, specifically manufactured for the adverse metal stamping environment. They are interchangeable, have long term repeatability and are designed to be easily mounted, using ball joint mounting brackets and a self sticking template for spacing dimensions. They are mounted on all types of metal stamping press columns and pitman's. Piezoelectric transducers come pre-wired with all systems. They can also be mounted in the die using our "Satellite" In-Die Piezoelectric Transducers or on the die block.
IMCO manufactures their own Calibration Equipment and a series of light weight aluminum precision Load Cells. Calibration technique is uncomplicated and easy to learn. IMCO's Calibration Equipment and Load Cells are Certified and traceable to The National Institute of Standards and Technology which is beneficial for companies having or applying for ISO 9000 Certification.
